How do I personalize a product?
Open any product page, enter your custom text and upload a photo where applicable, then add it to your cart. Please double-check spelling and dates — items are made exactly as ordered.
How long does production take?
Because each item is made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
How long is shipping?
Standard US shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after production. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — enjoy free standard shipping on US orders over $70.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering at supportgreenrackllc@gmail.com. Once an item enters production it cannot be changed.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We'll replace it or refund you — just email a photo within 30 days of delivery. No need to return the item.
